Forums - Nintendo - Wii Sports Resort. 6.5, 7.7 or 8.9? Do we agree?

I dunno. Maybe the blokes at IGN AU were holding their Wiimotes upside down?

Or maybe the review score is upside down, 6.5 = 9.2?

Swordplay is definitely not a waggle fest. I saw people competing in the speed slice game and their movements were translated accurately. You have to swing the remote at precise angles or or you don't get points. I personally played the sword fighting mode and found that my movements were being read well.

@RCT: Agreed. IGN should be a little more synchronized. Otherwise, how do we know which IGN is credible?

8.4 is closer to 8.9 than 7.7. Looks like gamerankings agrees.

I wonder what would happen to that average if we ignore the 'wagglefest' reviews and IGN's 6.5?

I've met a few Australians and none of them appeared to be retarded.

6.5, it was interesting.. for abit. if there was online it'd be funner, and if there were more then 5 sports it would be better

umm... that's Wii Sports. Wii Sports Resort has 12 sports with over 30 activities....

Definitely more like an 8.9 - I've been playing it straight since it came out. It's really fun! Especially with friends round. Bowling and Golf have gotten so much better. Swordplay is fantastic. Archery is spot on and table tennis is a dream. Need I add more?
