Peter Jackson stated in an interview about Halo just recently that Microsoft wanted this badly it fell through because of the movie publishers. They cut the funding for it. They stated a long time ago that they did this because they felt it was starting to become way too costly.

Xbox 360 wants to Kinect &  PS3 wants to Move!  Why are both systems having such relationship problems?  The reason is they both become so infactuated with desire while watching the Wii as it waggles on by. They simply want what they can't have.

I thought you were saying you saw District 8 and thought it sucked.  Meaning that once he saw that movie, he would have been vindicated in saying that a Blomkamp Halo would have sucked.  Did I read too much into it?

Just saying he doesn't know that neil is a bad director or not. Once he sees district 9, then whatever he says will be valid. Right now though, it's not even an opinion.
