Gta4 also cost at least 3 times to make than inFamous did you really expect a higher budget game to look inferior than lower budget game? if GTA4 looked worst than infamous and cost a bucket load of money to make then that is a massive shame to GTA4 no?

1.  Reviving old threads without any legitimate reason is a big no-no.
