This is like the millionth thread complaining about Assassin's Creed.
Not that anyone's wrong though, I just wouldn't call it 'terrible'.
It has a very good engine and story. 6/10 at best.

Anyone giving this game anything around 8 doesn't know anything about gaming and should jump off a fucking cliff. You would be doing the world a favor.

I think AC2 may well be a much better product. AC was a great engine and concept where they clearly ran out of development money/time and shoved it out the door with practically no developed gameplay to speak of.

However, given the engine is there (hopefully tuned a bit for better loading and less tearing) and assuming lessons have been learnt from the consistent complaints of weak gameplay and content, if AC2 is suitably fleshed out and 'finished' it could make good on the promise of the concept.

I won't be buying day one though. I'l be watching reviews and the net to gague how much they've improved it first.

Where's Hatmoza? Oh and for me, Assassins Creed was great, but it had issues. Assassins Creed 2 is setting out to address those issues -_-
