I wonder what he said exactly. Maybe the moderators are biased against people who say fucked up shit while they play.

Only way this would hold up is if Sony is able to prove the lawsuit is.. Can't think of the word right now but when you do something in spite and you know it's a false claim... But Sony's counterclaim would hold more water than this guy.

Frivolous, which this lawsuit pretty much is.

I would imagine Sony has a pretty awesome legal team and if that is a possiblity, I'm sure they could get it especially since the idiot is representing himself against a giant corporation.
