The funny thing is if Sony felt like being complete dicks (and I would even support them on this move) they should try to make him pay court and legal costs Sony has to pay.

Only way this would hold up is if Sony is able to prove the lawsuit is.. Can't think of the word right now but when you do something in spite and you know it's a false claim... But Sony's counterclaim would hold more water than this guy.

I would imagine Sony has a pretty awesome legal team and if that is a possiblity, I'm sure they could get it especially since the idiot is representing himself against a giant corporation.
