I doubt you'll see a KoTOR 3 aside from this MMO. 360's KoTOR is call Mass Effect and is a trilogy.

Well, 360's KOTOR isn't that great compared to it then.  Plus when you think about it, why not have the best of both worlds?

Lucasarts owns the IP...so I think they can go with whichever developer the choose.  If M$ has gone to them and said...hey, can we get a 3rd KOTOR going...Lucasarts would have been interested, especially if M$ was going to lead the development.

Yea but question is "Why hasn't MS or LA decide on finding a dev up for KOTOR 3?".  I think the answer is they're insane.

BioWare and Obsidian are both busy with other projects, and I can't think of another developer who could do the IP justice.

the art style it ugly... =(.

Alpha Protocol should almost b done, and they are busy on Fallout, but maybe they can start working on a new KOTOR using their engine.

I have to hand it to Bioware. Full voice for a MMO is a huge leap of faith because the costs involved must be staggering and that's on top of the already enormous costs of developing a first rate MMO.

It's a good thing Bioware is now part of EA because if this failed it probably would've taken Bioware down with it otherwise. I have the upmost faith in Bioware's abilities but this is damn ambitious and risky route they've taken. Good for them. Hope it's a huge success.

Bioware is a fairly smart company so I seriously doubt they would have taken on such a cost unless Lucas Arts or another party was paying for it.
