Loving it still.

I've always said I prefer the Xbox 360 because it has more game experiences I love.

But it is the games I follow and this is one awesome game that is not on the Xbox 360 and it doesn't stop it being brilliant. Between this and Infamous, the last two months have belonged to the PS3 in this household.

Well that just goes to show what kinda gamer you are, one who plays games instead of consoles. heh, good one on ya man.

I think the happiest gamers this gen are those who choose to go with several platforms. I have myself decided to get all three consoles and I'm upgrading my rig in a few months, something tells me my amount of social time will severely diminish in the very near future...

The secret is... they're the happiest gamers EVERY gen.

Amen.

MY gaming this generation currently covers Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, DS, Iphone, and a Medium-Low spec PC (360 covers most games).  My biggest constraint is not console availability, game availability or money, it is TIME.

I can get access to a PSP if it is truly necessary.  By the sounds of things I may have too for VC2.  But I cannot bring myself too buy one.  Due to the aforementioned time constraints, my consoles normally collect dust as is, without brining another platform into the fray.

(For those who are interested, I also have an N64, Gameboy Pocket and PS2 sitting around, all in full working order.)

starcraft - Playing Games = FUN, Talking about Games = SERIOUS

Ah yes.... great game indeed. Your very first boss will be a tough one. Won't spoil your experience but it is an awesome battle

Ok so I have just started and love it so far.

Two questions at this point:

1. How long will this game take me.

2. Do hidden enemies turn up on your command view once you have seen them with a unit?

3. Does your squad heal between battles?

Your mileage will vary. It took me 37 hours to beat the main story and another 6-7 to beat the DLC.

I know i should play this, i dont like JRPGS or SRPGS but this one seems to be popular amongst everyone.

1. Around 30 hours is enough if you don't whore skirmish scenarios (kinda pointless as game stops being challenging if you overlevel)

2. IIRC yes

3. Yes all partial damage will be healed, also you characters heal beetween turns. But all deaths of secondary characters are definitive and there won't be coming back. (Secondary means everyone else than Alicia, Rose, Largo)

OT- I don't think there's anything wrong with not liking console while having fun with playing on it. I don't like X360 ,Wii nor DS for various reasons (mostly hardware and company policy) but still there are some games they have I'd love to play (lost odyssey, ToV, Muramasa, Zelda, DOA, TWEWY, Chrono Trigger etc.)
