No online goes against the whole philosophy behind PSP GO... they're trying to promote "snackable" games or downloads which goes hand in hand with something like LBP.

LBP looks good, but the PSP Go looks great. I may have to consider purchasing it.

It wouldn't even make sense.

It has ad-hoc for sure, and infrastructure to share the levels, but I have never heard confirmation or denial of an infrastruture playthrough of the levels.
