I just got the offer! so bitchin! yes!
Congratulations man. What are you going to be doing?
I tried getting tickets to the opening ceremony, but I was a tad late. I only got tickets to the semi-finals of mens hockey (the one Canada will be in, assuming they get that far........*knocks on wood*). Everything else I wanted was sold out pretty quickly.
I applied for it when the chinese olympics were on. I've been to interviews and screening process thingys. In a month or two I have to start going to training sessions and everything. its gonna be a helluva lot of work, but just getting tickets to this thing is like 3000 dollars for ticket somewhat close to the stage. I'm gonna get to see all these world leaders and everything, and i'll be in there back stage making everything happen foor freeeee~~!
@highwaystar. yes.. theres olympics in 2010. they were in 2006 and 2008, theyre going to be in 2012 and 2014. so id asume theyre gonna be in 2010 too.
Congrats!!!
Go Hockey Canada!!! and Go Curling Canada!!!
Yeah I said it... I love curling!!!
I game. You game. We game.
I'm a videogamer, not a fanboy, but have a special place for Nintendo.

2012 is the next olympics, with 2016 after that. Winter olympics are somewhat different in that they have more snow. And less running.
