Forums - General - What type of computer are you using?

I believe there may have been past threads about this, but they're so old, so I'll redo it my own way. All you have to do is do what I did below.

Operating System: Windows XP

CPU: Pentium 4 3.4 GHZ

RAM: 2.75 GB

Video card: nvidia geforce 6800

This was just recently edited as I have gotten a new computer.

I've got about 4 computers @ home, but the one I use the most:

OS: XP
CPU: Core 2 Duo 2.6
RAM: 2GB
VC: Geforce 8400 512mb
HDD: About 3 drives add up to 1T
Monitors: Dual Monitor Setup...

Thats about it... not very powerful... but gets the job done.

I game.  You game.  We game.

I'm a videogamer, not a fanboy, but have a special place for Nintendo.

Current Systems Owned: NSwitch/PS4/XONE/WiiU/3DS/2DS/PCGaming Rig-i7/ASUS i7 Gaming Laptop.

Previous Game Consoles:  PS3/Xbox360/Wii/DSL/Pretty much every one thats been released since the Atari 2600.

You're lucky. My computer can't even play 3D games from over ten years. It can play some but not all. I am thinking of buying an Alienware off of my uncle, which has a heck of a lot more than the computer I'm using. I may need to just upgrade the ram.

Wolfdale E5300 DualCore 2.6
4GB ddr2 ram
ATI radeon HD4830 video card
750GB HDD

I can run sf4 on max settings at 60 fps with no fps drops, and I can run Crysis on high also.

Built for under 500 bucks.

We'll miss you George.

My friends call me Hadoken because I'm down-right fierce

Operating System: Windows Vista Premium

CPU: Centrino Duo

RAM: 1 GB

Video card: Onboard 945GM Intel Graphics Controller 256MB Video Ram

Dell Inspiron E1405 Laptop

Purchased this back when I was in college. I''m too stubborn to get a new one but I've swapped out the OS on this so many times (cuz windows looooves to crash into an unrecoverable state) that I might just have to next year. Love this laptop though, it got me through all of my design classes :D

Yeah, I was running something like yours too, but just recently I upgraded because of wanting hardware that'll play Starcraft 2 and Diablo 3 when it comes out.
