The keeper did his best to stop that goal.

There's a lot of that going round

Italia scored, big miss by the goalkeeper

Another big gun underwhelms.

See the trend?

To be fair, Italy's WC 2006 start was just as bad as this one. Italy is one of those teams that picks up steam as the WC progresses. Let's see how they fare in the next game

Yea, I'm just making the point therefore that there's no need to really criticise any big teams this early in as they should all pick up some steam.

That's fair

Although Germany doesn't need any more steam

Haha, yeah, they're near boiling already!

It'll be fun to see Germany - Serbia this friday. If Serbia even blinks in the defense, they'll have a goal already

Tomorrow.

Portugal - Ivory Coast.

Will the road to a dream World Cup begin for the Tuga team?  Or will it only shown a weakened Portuguese side?

Let's go Ronaldo, Deco, Dany, Simao, Raul Meireles, Bruno Alves and the lot!!!

I believe in you

Well, to be fair with Italy, Paraguay is a great team, they beat both Brazil and Argentina and finished 3rd in south america behind Brazil and Chile(goal difference). Way better team than USA at least.
