When you think abuot it... SONY wouldn't lose those.. You'd probably have to accept a user agreement which usually has "by accepting you're confirming that you're 18+ years of age" or something similar in there. Once that's revealed in court it's probably insta-win for SONY and the perant would be blamed since SONY would probably bring up the perantal guidance features that set up on the system that kids buy with their perants anyway.
However that's when the article and news reports about "gaming's bad for kids and what not come around :-S... I like that idea but it just wouldn't work out well..
