WOW. That is awefully short for hard setting single player game. I like short games though since i can finish them fast and not still waiting to someday beat my GTA4 playthrough :D

Quake 4 - 5 hours
Call of Juarez - 6 hours
No One Lives Forever - 11 hours
Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare - 4 hours

All first time, except Quake 4, which I got to about 2/3 twice before finishing it the third time.

I heard some people saying that normal mode would cost 5 or 6 hours :( Games these days are getting shorter and shorter. But some of those short games have good multiplayer.... Unfortunately Vanquish doesn't have a multiplayer.
