After playing two rounds of Wake Island, and being the number 1 player each time, I am able to give my opinion.

This game does not deserve to have the Battlefield franchise's name attached to it, just like BF: Heroes. The gameplay is nothing like 1942 which this game is supposed to be a recreation of. Having three classes is lame as heck and vehicle controls are a joke.

The only brightside this game has over the original is the destructible buildings which changes up the game's strategy in a good way.

I really hope the PC version of this adds back corrected controls and fixes character classes so we can have heavy, medic, engineer, infantry, scout, and tactical all rooming the battlefield again.

It is "fun" but does not warrant the BF name or the price tag. It should be $7.99.

I gave it a try earlier, it's weird. The other players are just, well, shit, they were just missing me, giving me enough to time to snipe real close range without threat.

eh, MAG might not be bad because its a new franchse designed for consoles. BF1943 is a take on a classic game that is known for some of the best controls in the industry.

driven vehicles in this game is just awful and spawn kill happen alot other then that i enjoy playing it

Well, I wasn't very interested in this game before, but my hopes have risen.

I hate how it randomly spawns you. You have zero control of where you spawn from what i could tell. If I;m trying to control one side of the map I do  not want to randomly spawn on the other side of the island and swim over because someone who can't drive a boat straight took it to attempt an assault on the enemy boat.

You can either spawn on one of your squad mates, or spawn at one of your controlled flags. Quite easy really.
