How did Lego Star wars get 50 already? Rules are not complete, for example... How often can you vote? Normally aren't these type of things add one and subtrace 2 or 3? otherwise it can go on forever.

I agree, however I believe the OP said -1 and +1 for the votes. :/

It seems the vote limit is every 4 hours, but it wasn't very clear in the OP.
