your alt will not the main account.
But if you want to make a alt account without getting caught all you have to do is
1. delete your cookies saved on the computer.
2. You need to get diffrent type of connetions.
Than make sure it ain't you and you won't get caught I can do it myself.* Looks at my dsi*
That's one way.
