Yeah bradley cooper was up for it aswell, i get all my superhero movie news from superherohype.com and they are generally always on the money with news and rumours and the like

note: my games collection on my profile is only 20ish% complete, i've got a boatload of 360,saturn and dreamcast games to add and a few ps3 games, thanks :)

Reynolds is a cool pick. Before, I'd heard of some black comedian (I can't even remember who) being offered the role, and that it was planned to be a comedy. I'm glad somebody stepped in and made right what was once very very wrong (Dr. Sam Beckett?). Hopefully, the movie will be taken very seriously. Green Lantern is timeless and is one of DC Comics' "big guns".

This post made my day just through the mention of Dr Sam Beckett, I've got the bloody quantum leap theme tune in my head now though :)

What's wrong with Jared Leto?  He's a pretty good actor I think.  He is way sexy as well.

I think Ryan Reynolds would be a cool Green Latern.  I could have sworn they were going to do the John Stewart Green Lantern though.  Maybe that's just the Justice League movie...?

X-Men Origins was really his first movie that I consider a big hit. He stars in a lot of successful movies, but most people couldn't recognize him if you mentioned his name.

He's the guy from 2 guys a girl and a pizza place right?  Or is that some other similarly looking guy.

Man what they did to deadpool sucked in that movie... but it wasn't his fault.

He basically got turned into Baraka without a mouth.
