losing weight and living healthy are independant events. Restrictive diets can make you lose weight like crazy but they are unhealthy as all hell. Healthy (not necessarily small) eating and regular exersize might not shed hundreds of kilos, but they'll keep you fit, healthy, and in shape. This is what Wii Fit is trying to improve, and it's much better than telling people to go on low carb diets and hit the gym every day for 2 weeks.
