People are assuming the pool was properly treated and even then I seriously doubt sperm dies instantly or that it mixes completely with the water instantly. Guy blows his load and swims off..girl jumps into pool right on the spot...it is possible however unlikely.

With that said it's still like 99.9995% chance the girl is just lying to her mother.
