Personally I couldn't care if celebrities were or weren't involved in a game. It wouldn't make me run out and buy it. Sure it might be a nice bonus (Jonathan Ross did some funny lines in Halo 3) but to me and many others it means very little on the choice of purchase overall.

Nathan Fillion has a rather big role in Halo 3 ODST (He plays a Sergeant with looks like himself and voice's the character) and I think I remember somewhere that Jonathan Ross might be doing a few more lines.

probably been said before, but i doubt its the celebrities. seriously, who buys games based on that? and what celebrity is in halo 3?

Additional voices include celebrity presenter Jonathan Ross, Nathan Fillion, Adam Baldwin, Alan Tudyk, Katee Sackhoff, and John DiMaggio.

Members of the Halo machinima Red vs. Blue (Burnie Burns, Gus Sorola, Matt Hullum, Jason Saldaña, Geoff Ramsey, and Joel Heyman) have a cameo role.

Members of the Red vs Blue series are celebrities if you are big fan of Machinima.

Now the fact that the cast of Red Vs Blue has a cameo, that makes Halo 3 look worth having.

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

Plus, just for the hell of it: Kelly Brook at the 2008 BAFTAs

I know what the Beastmaster, Hercules, Xena, V, and Andromeda are but I've never heard of Red Vs. Blue ever in my entire life.

Why is this?

Maybe if instead of The Conduit it would have been called Wii Conduit or have fitness games or minigames it would sold better, it that way it would follow the trends of the Wii series or the fitness games lol

What is this ODST game?  I never heard of it but anything with talent of the likes of Nathan Fillion, I will have to keep an eye on.

           Now Playing!

^ This is you!

I don't think it did bad at all. I think it will have decent sales for the year on. Later on I will purchase it.

Everyone needs to play Lost Odyssey! Any opposition to this and I will have to just say, "If it's a fight you want, you got it!"

This game was reviewed poorly, and shove that biased crap back up your ass. It is the height of arrogance for anyone to believe they know more about doing a job then someone who does it for a living, or hell someone who actually puts real effort into what they are doing.

I'm confused. My opinion isn't worth as much because I'm not paid to give my opinion? Or is it that my opinion isn't valid because I didn't put any real effort into forming my opinion? =^/

The gaming media is not biased against the Wii.

I'm sorry but I must reply to this.

I just read that link and it is utter bullshit. The commenter tries to say that the reviewer is hypocritical for saying that the controls suck but the aiming is great and nice that you can remap the buttons. 2ndly, Exclusive games are judged by being compared to other systems and the graphics really aren't anything to be praised which is exactly what the reviewer says, in fact the multiplayer takes both a dip in speed and graphics compared to the single player. (he does not say that conduit and goldeneye look the same)

On top of that, the cmmenter gives him shit for not reviewing the multiplayer, and even editted a link to the multiplayer review that was in the reviewers paragraph. I'm not convinced. Plenty of good wii games get good scores gents, pick your battles.
