one thing that is different here in the UK, the age of concent is 16 not 18, so he could already legally have sex here.

i wanna be 18 now, all of my friends can get into clubs normally while i have to pay some extra money to the guard, all of them can buy alcohol, all of them can have a car(18 is the minumun age for drive permint in my country), i just feel like i'm the kid of the group.

It's an horrible news for you. I don't think there is anything exciting about being 18 years old. I didn't want to be 18 years old but I just couldn't find a way to slow it down :P

It might be 19 in the far north like Iqaluit but not here in downtown Canada.

You must be from either Alberta, Manitoba or Quebec, because everywhere else in Canada is 19
