Forums - Sony - Final Fantasy VII -PSN Questions-

Well, this is my first PSone game that i bought (most likely my last unless Legend of Dragoon comes out.) and i was wonder'n about a few things before i get back into this legend of a classic game.

  1. How do you set up / switch the button list on PS3 and/or the PSP.
  2. Is there any lag or Sound issues in the PSN Digital version?
  3. Will there be any of those "Please Switch Disc" Notes that pop up?

Thats all for now.

#3 - yes but you go to Ps menu and press switch disk option...#1&2 nout sure(didnt buy it)

Hmm... does that go for PSP aswell?

I'll mainly be playing FFVII on PSP while on the go, even more so then im gonna vist my uncle tomrrow and he'll most likely want to play some Wii games with me and i gotta make an excuse to decline, and if i show him FFVII (Former Big Fan) he'll understand and most likely be impressed.

I shall convert him to the PlayStation Side once more...

FFVII is the best game of all time. unfortunately thats the only answer i have for you.

I'm interested in buying this since the disc version is next to impossible to find at a good price. That disc switching prompt sounds slightly annoying, although it only has to be done twice anyway so no big deal really.

I haven't downloaded it but I could probably answer your questions. I've played PS1 games on the PSP and it works perfectly from what I've done.

1. Most likely just press the start/PS button while playing to go to a menu to change it easily.
2. I've played PS1 games on the PSP and it works perfectly from what I've done.
3. I guess this was already answered, but you shouldn't worry about it because all 3 disc files were merged into a single file for download. It would SUCK if they made you purchase the discs separately LOL.

Ahh, i c.

Thank you very much Advent!

1) On PS3 you only have the option in the FFVII menu. But you can pretty much change anything. One PSP you have this in FFVII and when you press the Home buttons.

2) No issues what so ever for me.

3) Yes. When you see them you just press the HOME/PS button and use the option on the menu. Barely any work. you're not even really disc swapping.

Hope this helps
