Exactly. There was a reason for the PSN exclusive demo.....

boxed version is confirmed for August 13th for sure. ps3 exclusive.

also, while it has since been removed from the gamestop website, there was a photo of the package, including content details, i doubt this has been canceled and has just been unoffically announced. expect capcom to respond.

it looks like it has become a timed exclusive for the summer of arcade program, I`m guessing a hefty payout from microsoft for this.

At best I'd think they're getting a bit of free advertising by being included in the summer of arcade program which was a massive success last year.  A title like this is not nearly  important enough to warrant any sort of payout, much less a "hefty" one.
