So women only say they prefer a black handheld... but when it comes down to it, they choose a whitey every time?

The PSP is the most successful non-Nintendo handheld ever. It think I'm gonna get that Disedia bundle ;)

The playstation portable doesn't need to outsell the nintendo ds. Because both systems are aiming for totally different kind audience.

Sony wants the PSP to beat the DS more than you know. This is why for the past three years, the PSP always gets more love from Sony during E3 than the PS3.

I'm glad Sony arn't trying to dumb down the PSP to make it appeal to girls, PSP IS the best handheld IMO.

I've got a better reason...the psp is behind by like 53 million units!!!

Whomver thinks the psp can still comeback is completely delusional.

At this point the sony isn't trying to win market share, they're just trying to remain relevant.
(how in the world will the psp ever make up 50+ million units in under 3 years!?!?!?)

Sony trying to win this handheld gen or even make a run at it is a futile enterprise that will only add insult to injury. They need to concentrate on remaining profitable and reducing development costs.

Nice damage control...perhaps you have a future at the sony disaster, or a tabacco company.

Sony and tabacco companies both have damage control skills at the very top of their job requirements list.

I just hope they know that no one with a brain will buy the PSP Go over the original PSP. No one wants to pay $250 for a lesser product with a smaller screen.

DS has MArio(s), Nitendogs and Brain Age. You could sell pratically anything with this library. The Hardware has very little to do with Nintendo successe on Handhelds. They garantee only batery life and a little upgrade from the last iteration and that's it. It's different from the Wii, were the new Controler granted it the success it has. Wii sports and Wii fit without the new control scheme would make no sense and no success at all. Whenunits you add SMG and MK you have a console capable of selling 27 mln despite being vastly inferior to the competion in technical terms. What Nintendo did with handhelds and with Wii will be a textbook example in how to Market a product.

I really don't know what the hell sony was thinking. I also believe this can't stand how it is (pspgo price). That price point will not succeed and sony knows it, right now I think their deciding wether they should at least give a time trial period or just change the pricing before it launches.

I've yet to meet a gamer who wasn't outraged at the pspgo's price. I think it's because watching the pspgo presentation, everyone was getting excited at the pspgo's size and sleekness along with it's features; people were thinking: "awesome, it's probably going to cost like $150 or something". Then they announce the price at $250 on a system which seems to be less than it's previous iteration.

If the price remains, at launch there will be 3 cheaper systems besides the old psp. The Wii (because it's a console), the 360 arcade and the nintendo DSi. How could the GO not bomb royally?
