Forums - Nintendo - Itagaki definitely interested in Wii

@Well your name is to long you get the drift.

It wouldn't sell in America, cause Jack Thompson or whoever that dude is that try to get GTA San Andreas banned. Will do the same to Nintendo.

You should think about the controvesary that happened with GTA on the PS2 and it was a major selling console. Now that the Wii is the major selling console bringing a sexual game to the Wii would just start controvesary.

And if I can recall. I remembered Nintendo actually prohibited that game on the Gamecube.

LOL hack n slash, hack n slash, hack n slash......just keep going and going and going....etc...

I'm just going with my gut here: this sounds liek a "yeah the Wii is cool. It's a good system, I might work on it some day," type of response, rather than a "Wii development from team Ninja imminent" kind of response.

I could be wrong, of course.

Where did you hear that? Last I checked, Nintendo has been in talks to get games from Rockstar for a while.

And if Nintendo prohibited San Andreas, it would have been the AO version, which Sony ALSO wouldn't allow. So stop pretending Nintendo still censors contet. It's a lie.

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

Plus, just for the hell of it: Kelly Brook at the 2008 BAFTAs

"While the game is available fully uncensored on the GameCube and the Xbox, the US PlayStation 2 version has no topless riders and the stripper footage is censored with small BMX XXX logos over the nipples."

It says right there that the PS2 version had to take the nude out. So you claiming Nintendo does it is a big fat lie.

^Like I said a port. Its not a sequel its going to be a made up side quest for the Wii. Which I know you Wii fans will love. So thats some +'s for you guys. Hopefully its a good port or side quest game.

That's not what a port is.  That's a spinoff.  A port is when you design a game for one game then re-release it on another. (Or simaltaniously release it but it's been develeoped primarily for the lead system.)

Like RE on the PS2.
