Forums - PC - CRAP! I just read up on Battlefield 1943...

i just got done playing the game. Its very fun but feels unpolished. There are no choices to weapons and are only 3 classes. 4 maps will get old very fast. You can toss a hand gernade about 300 yards. I find that more usefull then most the weapons.

Theres unlimited ammo and regen health which makes long distance fighting retarded.

Around the Network

Well it is 15 dollars... but then again, Bad Company 1 is 20 dollars. Bah, I'm derailing the thread again.

Anyway, it's a Downloadable game, what were you expecting? A full game that's able to utilize a disc and has amazing and polished graphics, a good number of maps, weapons, etc?

I'm surprised at how much they've managed to squeeze out of the game, considering they can't make it too heavy or it'll be a huge pain to download.

I still haven't decided if i want to spend the $15 on it.  I'm bored of BF:BC and this is abit different but idk... $15 still seems to much for this.

My 30 min time limit is up so im stuck

If you all want destruction purchase Red Faction Guerilla. Everything is destructable apart from the geometry of the level.

Camp anywhere on that game for more than 10 seconds and you will have a Railgun Slug through your face.

The Railgun has a X Ray vision Scope and the slug travels through every surface except the geometry of the level.

Thats another one Battlefield does now ^^

Blow a hole in the ground, then jump in it. You just made your very own foxhole.

I remembered when I was still playing Gold Rush, the combination of pre-detonated Land Mines and Artillery strikes will create such huge holes that I can actually jump in nearly all the way in.

Too bad it's more of a spontaneous thing that a pre-determined thing (You usually don't have the time/situation to make the fox hole, but rather you just find a foxhole after the battle drags on and the map is torn up).

I absolutely love it when the game ends and the camera shows the entire map, just riddled with charred holes and burns (especially on the Golf course level).
