So the patent troll is attacking the Three Billy Goats Gruff who just happen to be named Sony, Nintendo, and Apple?

Yeah I am really getting tired of these lawsuits. If they can sue they should have to sue within like 6 months of a product being out especially big name products. you cant tell me this guy didnt know in 2005 or whatever his patent has been infringed. So he is going to wait 4 years to sue when he knows he can try to get 4 years of profits out of a company.

I remember reading a news story about a company that applied for a patent on patent trolling. I shit you not.

The patent application described figuring out a technology that another company decided not to patent, patenting it yourself, then suing the original company.

Anyone remember what company applied for that patent?

Either way, some of these patents are beyond silly, the fact that they've waited FIVE YEARS shows how valid the patent actually is.

I am pretty sure they would have little to no chance against just one of those, let alone all three.

I should file a patent which describes a thing which does stuff to another thing. It might not go through, but if it does, I'll get rich suing people who make things that do stuff to other things.
