Many immigrants do a lot of other nasty stuff than just work lol (and here in Sweden they don't even work). The problem is that there's no (accepted) method to seed out the bad (criminal) ones from the majority that are decent people.

And "Free country" does not mean open borders, silly.

well, im sure there are fair ways of determening who is or isnt a criminal.

i define how Free a nation is by how open they are in accepting other people, amongst other things, so to me, how open the borders are is part of that, may just be how i define it though.

im aware of what its supposed to mean.   either there are serious problems with your society or serious problems with the social housing system.  there is also another 4million on a waiting list for housing.  something needs to be fixed...and whats happening wont help any.

well, the problem is that we were building housing up till the late 70's at a rate that wasnt great, but was housing alot more than we can now, the government in the late 70s and 80s (Thatcher) decided to essentially stop all social housing, so now we dont have enough houses to go around, without significant investment in social housing, the problem Will only get worse, as youve picked up on.

again, as ive said, most arent "leeches" (is it really ok to use that term? it sounds highly offensive to me), most come here to work or study, and many often leave after a while anyway (ecenomic migrnats, students)

what does it matter if the nations ethnicity changes? its still the same place, with the same culture (although more diverse, which imo isnt a bad thing)

It dont matter that majority of immigrants are in fact good people if they bring a very significant and destructive minority with them, the leeches that will too dramatically change the Western society, demographics and culture, not to speak of the costs of immigration, and the pain and suffering from increased crime and all the other problems associated with this phenomenon, Im sure uve heard it before.

ive heard it before, but i see no reason to believe it anymore now, it all sounds like doom saying nonsense to me, i see no evidence that these problems are on the scale your talking about.
