Episode 2 is up for preloading today, actually. So you can now preload every game in the Orange Box.

Just watched the Portal trailers on IGN... looks like a fantastic game. I would definitely buy it - standalone and on the Wii, that is :) Didn't the Valve guy say they want to produce something for the Wii? Please, give us Portal!

Will there be a standalone version for the PC/Mac?

You can purchase Portal itself on STEAM for 19.99.
Honestly I would just buy the Orange Box for 44.99(pre-order price) and enjoy all 5 games.

There is no standalone retail box or Wii version known.
