My PS3 is out of warranty now, and ever since 2 days ago, while playing Metal Gear Online, its frozen very often, this never occured before. I updated it to 2.80. Now most of the time I try playing the game it states "an error occurred during the start operation 80010514" sometimes "an error occurred during the start operation 8001050F". This only happens with this game but WHY? All the rest of my games work fine.

reset modem, router, and ps3.... meaning pull the plug on all three.

then reconnect modem, router, and ps3 in that order.

Problem should be solved by that.

you need to vacuum it

can be a corrupt install.
delete the installation and try again.
or the disc may be dirty.

worse case scenario would be the lens are about to die, but since it only happens with dual layer msg4 disc and that game it's installed.
either way if dies, lens are easy to fix, u don't have to take it for sony for repairs, but it's recommended because they fix it, unless the service where you take it give you a warranty.

So I tried what FootballFan said but Since I already deleted the MGS4 data, When I was right about to reinstall it It froze. :(
