Buy some breaded Tyson chicken breasts, flower tortillas, pepperjack cheese, and margarine (preferably land o' lakes).
Cook the chicken in the oven. When that's done, whip out a pan, plop some margarine on it, let it melt, and toss on a tortilla. Make sure the tortilla is full coated in margarine, then flip it over. On one half of the circle, put half a piece of pepperjack. On top the cheese, place a chicken breast. On top the chicken, place the other half of the slice of cheese. Then fold over the other half of the tortilla to make a semi-circle.
let it simmer awhile, then flip it over to make sure the other side of the tortilla gets nice and crisp and the cheese melts.
Rinse and repeat for however many you want. They taste awesome, especially if you go heavy on the margarine and get the tortillas nice and crispy.
I'm usually more of a butter fan, but margarine just works in this case. Butter does a good enough job, though.

That just made me hungry. I will have to try it in the next few days. Thanks!

It's really easy, and practically impossible to screw up. It also tastes damn good.
I was bored and starving one night several months back, and that's what I cam up with. I've been doing it every couple of weeks since.
I also have some quick and easy recipes for awesome french toast, hamburgers, and some other goodies I've come up with. Flavorable food that takes little time or effort.
meat pie and pasta are both easy to make
pasta...
choose a pasta.
choose a sauce. (you can buy jars/cans of premade sauce that you just heat up or dry mixes)
choose a some meat/vegetables. i like buying sausages (cook, slice, then mix them in the pasta)
cook it all and mix it together...you can make a large amount, store it in the fridge and then heat some up for a couple days.
meat pie.
2 frozen pie shells (one for top one for bottom)
choose a meat
choose some vegetables
choose a gravy (it doesnt even need to be a gravy, i use cream of chicken soup sometimes)
take the pie shells out of the freezer
cook the meat in a pan,
cut the vegetables to desired size (from chunks to food processorized...w/e you want)
drain any grease from the meat.
add the gravy
add the vegetables
(i like to add some cheese to it[just a little, dont want it to taste cheesy])
you can add some spices here too, if you want
cook it for a bit
put it in the pie shell...place the second pie shell on top...press the it down and then press the edges together
put in over.
unless you are really fat, you will have extra meat pie for later.
