microsoft it's mainly a software company, to make things smaller you need a whole float of engineers. microsoft for both the xbox and the 360 hire partners to make their hardware they have almost not input into it than provide an OS for the machine.

if u haven't noticed the 360 its a 2004 PC case in white from dell, with industrial design, i am not saying it will not happen but it will take more than sony or nintendo would since they are a first hardware companies. and japanese known to make things smaller things work.

Well I guess I deserved that since I asked for it, but it still doesnt explain why he calls it a portable yet it has to plug into a wall
