Well to comment on the OP itself, it's plainly obvious Bethesda has a big problem with getting their DLC to function correctly. Whether or not any individual in this thread has had a personal issue is irrelevent. There has been at least one or two DLC's that have had to be taken down moments after they entered the marketplace. There are plenty of different complaints on the net chronicling the many problems all four Fallout DLCs have had. The PC versions are supposedly in even worse condition.
Bethesda is frankly just rushing these out too quickly without doing the proper testing on them.
