anyone play it yet? if so how is it?

I played it for about 40 minutes last night.

It would be great if it weren't for a few major flaws... 

First, it is sometimes hard to find your enemies...  They seem to shoot through trees really well at you.  And one time at the end of the first large section of the first Act, you have to kill the enemies coming across the river.  The viewing distance you are at makes them look like they are stationary parts of stuff sticking up out of the river.  I died three times before I finally figured out they were the enemies and I could blow them away well before they landed.  There should have been a HUD showing you where the enemies are but there isn't.

Also dynamite in the game is extremely deadly.  For you and against you.   But it is very dificult to figure out exactly where it is and therefore move out of the way.

They have some neat things though.  There is an sort of slow mo over drive shooting capability.  Meaning that if you push a button when your meter is filled you can mark a bunch of enemies and moe them down with perfect accuracy.  The cover system is unique in that it tells you with a red marker on the ground the best places to get cover. 

Other then those issues, the game is solid.  The story seems decent.  I will go through and finish it, I recommend it is a rent not a buy though.  The few issues it has can be very frustrating.

Looks like one of the best games this summer.

i haven't play it but i hope is better than the first one.

game trailers really liked it.

Played another half hour this evening. Once you understand how the field of vision and missions it is actually some pretty good fun. There is just something enjoyable about walking through an area with a shotgun and one-shotting enemies along the way...

This is definately better then the first one... The story is better and the graphics are better. Much more polish then the first one. And way more gameplay variety.

The only major dissapointment left is that there is also no co-op even though the game starts with you playing brother characters along side each other.
