Bad for industry....good for consumer. If consumer keeps doing it...industry has to raise price to offset the loss....which will force the consumer even more toward used....creating a never ending loop until something really bad happens...

Screw the industry, when I was a kid there would be absolutely no other way for me and my brother to afford a game, and after years of playing used games I have become more fanatical about games meaning I want to get them within launch week so I cant get them used.
