Forums - Nintendo - Wait... Cursed Mountain's Story could be Deep!!

Sounds intriguing! I mean the whole concept of using Buddism and several other mythologies alone has be gasping for a release.

What's so amazing about it is that you can learn a good part of history on these mythologies as you play the game, something very rare we see in video games today.

Mountain's Story is going to be the opposite of deep...because it's not even underground. How tall is this mountain exactly?

Cursed Mountain's story is lofty, confirmed!

I think it's pretty fun that they're basing their horror on a non-conventional mythology. Christian and far East mythology make for great horror stories, but it's always nice to explore new horizons.

like fatal frame? god im still ticked about that not being localized

@9Chiba, bro who you telling I want to play that game so bad! I'm happy to know Tenchu on the Wii was at least localized!

Yeah, my girlfriend is in love with fatal frame... She saw this and was very intrigued... She likes to sit in the dark and get spooked by horror games.

Absolutely love the concept and attention to real facts that they are using in this game. You can tell that the devs have actually spent some time researching the facts and incorporating them into an already unique idea.

Between Cursed Mountain and Silent Hill Shattered Memories, the Wii is getting some great true survival horror games :)
