what's "american cheese"? is that the processed stuff that isnt actually cheese at all, its actually plastic?

oh yah, we have that. we call it cheese slices, i used to eat loads of that when i was wee. but since i learned the process of cheese-making in uni last year (yes, really. now u can see why i was so desperate to change course, lol) i have begun to look down on additive- and emulsifier-pumped cheese.
doesn't stop me eating it tho
lol. i like cheddar, mozzarella and the cheese that's made backwards!
