try at The super smash bros. brawl european friendcode thread... good luck with that though, now that i saw it there is plenty of people asking for codes but never get feedback.

I am from portugal and have some lag playing with people from uk. I have an almost full list of portuguese players but i can add you if you desperatedly want to play with "friends".
