Well hard on bosses, since 3 bosses were fun to match with but MGS bosses were very interesting and related to story.

well they all fall under the same storyline so you can't really say one is better than the other imo

agree completely with OP, MGS4 was a major disappointment for me ,all this stuff about snake killing himself  and at the end they give the most shittist ending to solid snake, god i hate MGS4

For me, 4 is the worst of the series (which still makes it better than 99% of other games out there).  Loading b/w each chapter and the ridiculously long cutscenes were big distractions from the gameplay, and the bosses were the least imaginative of any of the games.  I could forgive all of those if the storyline was actually good, but apart from a few scenes I didn't enjoy the story at all, I won't go into detail as to what I specifically hated b/c I don't want to spoil anything for anyone who hasn't played it yet.

MGS3 was the best MGS IMHO.

MGS4 story wasnt really as strong as the others since most of it was just tying together all the loose ends in the series. MGS 4 gameplay also was too much like a shooter for it to have the best gameplay in the MGS series so I also wouldnt give it that. MGS 3 had a good amount of stealth and action throw in it. I loved it.

No way. Pressing the menu button to go over your camouflage for the best camo index was boring. It was worse than micro-managing characters in RPGs.

Always loved the stories that begin with the end, and then you slowly unravel the events that brought you there, but to actually burn the last scene into the menu ? brilliant, f..ing brilliant ! @_@

Meh. Either way your doing the same thing since you already know what youre gonna put on at least I always did so auto-camo on MGS4 was good addition but I never had a problem manually switching on MGS3.
