Well it kinda hit me that Resident evil might have great story..But for my shame I haven't played 1 and 2...

I have played Res 3, Code Veronica (tho I don't remember a thing for it for some reason), Res 4 and just got Res 5..

I remember pretty clearly only 4 story.

I'm little confused about all characters but I think they might clear out near end of game..

Is Resident evil story worth cheking or is it just B horror movie like?

I don't feel like hunting CameCube to play remake and Code veronica for nothing..

B movie Cheesy 70's/80's horror story nothing Oscar worthy but it's good for what it is though you don't need to play the old games that much.

The old ones are true classics, they're are better than 4 and 5 imo

I haven't finished it on the PS3 for 2 reasons:

- Going from RE4 Wii Edition gameplay to RE5 gameplay its a huge downgrade;
- Its the same thing as RE4 but with fancy graphics;

Yes RE5 is one of the besr Resident Evils. The game play is at its best along with its visuals.

I detest Resident Evil 5. After only playing RE4 Wii Edition, playing RE5 was like a shot to the gonads. I hated the co-op, it wasn't remotely scary, and aiming with dual analog felt like a chore. It is pretty though. I really found nothing particularly appealing about the game, and have since started replaying RE4 with much gusto.

for all you RE5 haters these days shooters are the most popular genre, so why risk losing sales and make it a game with less guns. RE5 is great as proved with several positive reviews and sales.
