Sorry, let me clear that up, by OP I meant Opening Post, not Opening Poster.
I can agree that people don't necessarily want motion control all the time or in all games. That's why a controller that also allows relatively traditional control styles is important.

And this is why MS will be making sure that all NATAL games will support the plain, oldfashoned 360 controller.

Yeah, I wasn't sure which way you were using it so I figured I'd say something in case.
Motion control will be a fad when the earth expoldes. but yeah. I don't think it'll be a fad anytime soon

lol *buys deoderant for Carl
Well I responded to the guy in his comments section. I'm sure he'll appreciate the read.
This section is telling:
“That does look rather cool, but how long would people want to play a Wii minigame for? Burnout was pretty awesome but unless the motion control gets developed further, I can see myself showing Natal off to friends for all of 20 mins, then reaching for a pad if I wanted to “really play” on Burnout.”
Excuse me a minute here, why the heck does one play a DRIVING game with a a pad controller and think it is the way to "really play" it? This is beyond lame. The lameness is thinking it is the way to "really play". One can do a driving game with a pad controller, but don't call it a way to "really play".
Also, I would like this dude to tell a priest I know that he is FORCED to play Tiger Woods 10 using a pad controller. Does he seriously think a golf enthusiast is going to want to play golf without motion control?
how many will sue MS for braking their little toe while playing a fight game with natal :p
But seriously i agree a little, i would maybe use it in the weekend but not during the week when i come back from work, the i would hang in my reclining seat with just my controller
