inFamous is at a disadvantage here.... Uncharted has a confirmed sequal. It wins by default 
4 ≈ One
Personally, I feel Uncharted compared to Infamous is much more polished.
I believe that it's due to different designs (open world vs linear world)
Uncharted in everything, graphics, online, physics, userbase, sales, etc.
Uncharted is more complete with graphics, story, characters, script, voices, actors etc. It got the whole package. But the story, cutscenes, comicbook feel and gameplay in inFamous was just epic.
But hands down when put side by side, Uncharted wins 99/100 times.

Like them both but Uncharted. Although I thought the infamous storyline was better but Drake's character is what made the game
Uncharted looks more like a promising game or franchise. Infamous is great but I don't know there's something about the game I don't like.

Uncharted is by far better in so many ways its unbelievable.
The Halo francise is the most overrated bland game to ever hit the console market. It provides a bad name to all FPS that even showed effort at creating an original entertaining plot.
I probably have more ps3 games than you :/
