every time you get banned the amount of days goes up the next time. It is incredibly simple. So you make a stupid remark and were already banned 30 days, it is 45 days the next. There is no consideration for if it "deserves" an amount of time. If you have a problem with getting banned for 45 days for doing something stupid, then don't get banned for 30 days in the first place.
