No. SONY owns Dark Cloud and White Knight Chronicles. It's the same as Ratchet and Resistance. SONY owns them but they let a 3rd party develop it while they're financing. That's what 2nd party means. Same with inFamous and Sly Cooper. Sucker Punch doesn't own those games. Same with Kingdom Hearts, Square doesn't own anything but the FF characters in the game, Disney owns the IP.

tbh RPGs or let me say JRPGs have become rather irrelevant this gen especially in the west, even games like Star Ocean 4 didn't have that massive sales. of course the big boys are always gonna sell big like FF and Pokemon but they are not that industry and hardware driving they used to be in previous gens, that's way I think Sony is trying going after the shooter crowd with almost 5-6 exclusive shooters or games with heavy shooting elements in them this gen so far although it's nice to have more diversity in your games but they are going after what's sells now from the looks of it.
