Very well thought through, but rather unnecessary. It seems to me that after a handful of states ran up hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of legal bills in fighting countersuits from the ESA, and Jack Thompson got disbarred for harassing the industry, the crisis seems to have ended. Plus the fact that positive media perception is up, due to the rise of lifestyle gaming
