Forums - Gaming - Game Rental

Here in Belgium, the rental of games is now prohibited because it was never allowed by the Belgian constitution to begin with, unless there was an agreement with the developers and publishers about their material.

I wanted to know whether there are other European countries that have a restriction considering gaming or whether you know if they have an agreement with the publishers. Because i've been told that rentals are basically forbidden all over Europe, but I thought that my country was actually the only one that has a restriction on game renting.

I assume it's a restriction because I've never seen it being available anywhere =)
