Forums - Gaming - What if your favorite console maker droped out?

Simple question. What will you react and how will you react. Will you go to anthor company. Move
on?Just imagine if it happened. Also think about how it will change the industry and what
will happen to the fanboys. Just remember all companies wiill eventually drop out.
So what happened to Sega will also happen to ninendo, sony and microsoft in the future.
So don't think they won't!

Tag:I'm not bias towards Nintendo. You just think that way (Admin note - it's "biased".  Not "bias")
(killeryoshis note - Who put that there ?)
Switch is 9th generation. Everyone else is playing on last gen systems! UPDATE: This is no longer true. 2nd UPDATE: I have no Switch 2. I am now behind

Buddy, it already happened. It was Sega. And they left me. It's a very painful thing to happen, but you will learn to love videogames again. With time.

My fave console maker did drop out... console makers in the game now can all go out of business for all I care.

Then i will start buying games for my wii

i would probably cry. then buy whatever MS' next console is.

I'd just play the other consoles I own.

And given the way these console-makers pawn out their franchises, I'd no doubt be playing Gears of War 3 on PS3 by the end of next year, and Fable 3 on the Wii come 2011.

starcraft - Playing Games = FUN, Talking about Games = SERIOUS

I would quit unless Ninty did a sega and start makeing games for other consoles. Least Atm I would just play what I have ofcourse. Unless sony did something to make me love them again.Or even microsoft. Hmmmm I think I just realized i could  never stop playing completely.

You move on. I had to. Atari, and then Sega, dropped out. I am not desiring either to get back in the console business though. It was a fun run.

Guess I'd just only play old school games. Plenty of good SNES and N64 games I still haven't played.

Then solely buy games for my Wii. I won't purchase a PS3 for a few years.

Everyone needs to play Lost Odyssey! Any opposition to this and I will have to just say, "If it's a fight you want, you got it!"
