1) I think that would be perfect. Bonus points if you make it into a slider or drop down with 3 settings (None, Only what you own, Everything).
2) Not bad if it gets more users but I don't know how many people are going to register just to see an answer to a question they could probably find elsewhere. No harm in raising it up the flag pole though.
3) Well technically there is a 30 second limit between posts... not that I would ever want to post that often of course. Still, this is one of those things that may be a problem eventually or may never be a problem however the time it would take to put a preventative measure in place would not be significant.

Why are you sending me cheat requests? And yeah I am using gamefaqs for cheats and walktrough. Find it kind of crazy to ask it on VGCHARTZ. I am not going to ask sales of a game on gamefas for example =p.

Is there anyways to mark the request you have already read off the list of pop ups like a 'new wall post' or ' new message' I'd like to keep the option on but I dislike having those wall notice stuff to my profile for things I cannot help with....
