Forums - General - Ive gone an entire night without sleeping

Is this normal? I know its summer and all, but after sleepig at 7PM yesterday and waking up at 11,  I havent gone to sleep, and im not sleepy at all.. Ive even worked out a bit, any tips to fall asleep? (No I do not want to take pills)

During E3 I stayed up for two and a half days....

Right now....Ive gotten to a bad habit of falling asleep at 5am

ya i hate that what i do is drink 2 or 3 pints of cider



A friend of mine just told me something about sleep paralysis... he is trying to kill me with fear XD

I would not worry to much about that. At a certain point your brain will start to shut down certain areas. Leading to simple mistakes is a big clue. Once that starts happening I would not do anything that takes skill or much thought like driveing or working on a machine. I can not remember how long it takes but after a couple days your brain will pretty much force you into sleep. Sleeping is when you brain goes threw the days events and sorts them. It is also why it is better to study then sleep as you are more likely to recall what you read after sleeping.

Hmmm......
Im feeling motivated to go stay up through the night......or tell the family wakes up and starts bitching. Then I'll just pass out in random spot.



Workout as hard as you can, as late (but at a time when you still have energy), go home, take a hot shower (or bath, although it takes too long), STUFF yourself, and then you should feel sleepy.
